Integrity audits: knowing what to expect

Got questions about temporary foreign workers and the new integrity audit process?  Join the information webinar March 19, 2019 12:00 to 1:00 pm EST to learn:

 - What to expect if you’re inspected

 - Top five reasons for audit non-compliance

 - Tips and best practices for being prepared

 - Live Q & A with Integrity Branch

Speakers from the Canadian Agricultural Human Resources Council, Foreign Agricultural Resource Management Services, and Integrity Services Branch, ESDC/Service Canada will provide tips and information to help you manage the new Integrity Inspection (audit) process.

The session also includes an update on changes to the Temporary Foreign Worker program in recent months. There will be an opportunity for employers to ask questions and share their perspectives about the Integrity Inspection process during the Q & A section of the webinar.

“Integrity inspections and the whole audit process can be tough,” said Stefan Larrass, OFVGA policy advisor and webinar contact. “They can feel confrontational and like you're not in control. We want growers to leave this webinar with a better sense of what they can expect and what they can do to have more control over the process, the time it takes to complete, and the outcome.”
