There is a new photography exhibit at the Bruce County Museum called "Field of Dreams" featuring images and stories of workers from Mexico that come to Canada through the Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program. Photos by Sandy Lindsay display images of workers in the field of Hi-Berry Farms in Port Elgin, Ontario.
The exhibit was created in partnership with Hi-Berry Farms, with the support from the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation and Consult General of Mexico.
"What an amazing evening at the launch of the 'Field of Dreams' exhibit at the Bruce County Museum! Thanks to the Museum and to Sandy Lindsay for telling the story of our employees from Mexico in this beautiful pictorial display," Hi-Berry Farms said on their Facebook page.
The exhibit runs until November 30th and is part of a month-long celebration of Mexican culture.
