The Office of the Grocery Sector Code of Conduct (OGSCC) comes into effect on January 1, 2026. Members can expect invoices for annual fees. For grocers with more than one billion in sales, the fee is $35,000.  For members with $50,000 to $10 million in sales, the fee is $250.
