Webinar planned for Grocery Code of Conduct

The Office of the Grocery Code of Conduct is hosting a webinar on the Code’s Dispute Resolution Management Process (DRMP) on February 26. This webinar is free and is open to all interested stakeholders, including current Canada Grocery Code members, and non-members.

 

Stéphanie Blondin, deputy director, Office of the Grocery Sector Code of Conduct (OGSCC) will be the host. She will explain:

 

·         What is the DRMP and when and how organizations can access the DRMP

·         Key principles, stages, and expected timelines

·         How mediation and adjudication function within the process

·         How the DRMP interacts with the Confidential Complaints Process and the Fruit & Vegetable Dispute Resolution Corporation

·         Where to find OGSCC resources and support
