This webinar is intended for growers and HR personnel who are planning their 2024 Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs) and who are interested in learning more about how to use the Agricultural Stream (Ag Stream) of the TFWP. Registration for this event is free.
The webinar will include presentations from farm and greenhouse operations currently using the TFWP Ag Stream to hire TFWs from well-known source regions such as the Caribbean, Mexico, Guatemala – sharing their perspectives, best practices and lessons learned. It will also include presentations from government personnel of emerging and growing source countries (Honduras and El Salvador) on the opportunities for using the TFWP Ag Stream in their respective countries.
