Belchim Canada is launching a new liquid Suspension Concentrate (SC) formulation of Assail 30SC insecticide, featuring the active ingredient acetamiprid. The new formulation provides growers with a convenient, easy-to-handle product that continues to manage economically important insect pests while maintaining the trusted performance that horticultural producers have come to rely on.

The introduction of Assail 30SC reflects Belchim Canada's ongoing commitment to bringing innovative, practical crop protection solutions to Canadian fruit and vegetable growers.  "The launch of Assail 30SC provides growers with a modern formulation that combines proven acetamiprid performance with the convenience and flexibility needed in today's production environment," said Kevin Spruce, product manager.

Assail 30SC delivers broad-spectrum control of key sucking and chewing insects across a range of horticultural crops, providing both effective systemic and translaminar activity. Assail protects crops by managing multiple insect feeding pathways, all while supporting integrated pest management (IPM) programs.

Assail 30SC will be available through Belchim Canada's distribution network for the 2027 growing season. Growers are encouraged to contact their local crop advisor or Belchim Canada representative for further information on crop registrations, application recommendations, and availability.
