The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has completed analysis of the 2022 National Survey for Potato Wart.  The soil samples were collected following the harvest from fields that were selected for sampling in the fall of 2022. 

Potato wart was not detected in any of the samples.  The results will be presented during the meeting of the Canadian Potato Council on March 14, 2023 in Vancouver. 

Individual field results will be communicated to the grower by the local CFIA inspector upon request.
