Peak of the Market Ltd. is proud to contribute $10,000 to St. John Ambulance. In Manitoba, St. John Ambulance trains more than 22,000 Manitobans  every year in First Aid and CPR.

 

Peak of the Market growers are grateful for their work and are more than pleased to provide  $10,000 toward their Building on a Caring Tradition capital campaign.

 

“For growers, community is at the heart of what we do, every day, all year long. While our focus is on feeding communities, we are very proud to be able to support others doing their important work. We see it as a win-win. We are in the fortunate position to help others who, in turn help those in our community at a crucial time in their life,” said Peter Loewen, chair of the Board of Directors, Peak of the Market.

 

Peak of the Market is an inclusive and diverse company driven by a dedicated group of growers and staff that has marketed quality produce for 80 years; supplying a wide variety of fresh, quality vegetables across Canada and throughout the United States.

 

St. John Ambulance, provides all levels of life-saving training seven days a week, 52 weeks a year, and have more than 125 dedicated instructors providing this training across Manitoba.
