.

The 2025 Annual General Meeting for CanAgPlus, the not-for-profit corporation that owns and operates the CanadaGAP Program, will be held on December 3, 2025 at the Westin Hotel in downtown Calgary, Alberta.

The 2025 AGM will be a hybrid meeting to allow in-person participation for interested members and remote access for those unable to join the meeting in person. All members in good standing are encouraged to attend!

Prior to the AGM, members are invited to join a lunch co-sponsored by Provision Analytics, followed by the presentation of the Sheri Nielson Auditor Recognition Award for 2025. The award recipient and other special guests will be invited to Calgary for the event.

Auditor Award Ceremony: The award ceremony will also be available virtually for any interested stakeholders. Please watch for further details on how to connect virtually for those not attending in person.

Virtual participation: For members who are NOT able to join the meeting in person, virtual participation will be available by Zoom, including a phone-in option for those with limited Internet access. Members can join online for the Auditor Recognition Award ceremony (1:30 pm MST) and/or for the AGM (2:30 pm MST).

Registration package: Members in good standing will receive their AGM registration package in fall 2025 with registration details also available on the CanadaGAP website. Those unable to attend the AGM may appoint a member representative to participate on their behalf, or may participate in the advance election of directors on-line or by mailed-in ballot.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Due to the nature of the voting process, communication with members occurs through ONLY ONE contact person per operation.

  • -  If an operation has designated a CanAgPlus contact, that person will receive the registration package.
  •
  • -  If no CanAgPlus contact was identified, the main contact for the operation will receive the package.
  •
  • -  If an operation is unsure of which contacts are on file, reach out to the CanadaGAP office to confirm or update your contact information.
