The Ontario Fruit & Vegetable Convention (OFVC) has appointed Douglas Darling as president. A respected leader and Niagara-based grower, Darling has a long history of involvement with OFVC.

“I am honoured to serve as president and look forward to working with our committee and partners to continue advancing the Convention and supporting a strong and sustainable future for Ontario’s fruit and vegetable sector,” said Darling.

The Ontario Fruit & Vegetable Convention is an annual two-day gathering of horticultural crop producers, featuring a comprehensive speaker program, a large trade show, and valuable networking opportunities. The 2027 event will be held February 17-18 in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
