The Leamington, Ontario greenhouse grower is consolidating its Texas distribution to a single centralized distribution point in Edinburg and opening a new Michigan facility in Romulus to optimize its supply chain.
The vertical farm, with facilities in Guelph, Calgary, and Saint-Hubert, Québec, is now producing a red and green blend consisting of baby beet greens, baby romaine and lettuce.
