Winnipeg-based Peak of the Market Ltd plans to celebrate Manitoba growers and restaurants with Potato Week 2023, January 20 to 29.

Leamington-based fruit and vegetable grower Pure Flavor has acquired DeTemporada Farms. The company now manages almost 1K acres of greenhouse-grown fruits and vegetables.
