The Pesticides Regulatory Directorate has expanded the Pyganic insecticide label to help control various pests such as onion thrips, leafhoppers and climbing cutworms.
The Pyganic insecticide label has been temporarily expanded for emergency use registration. The request marks the first agricultural related EUR request to be granted a multi-year term on the grounds of preventing the establishment of a new invasive species.
